Hello! My name is Myda Perez.

I was raised in a small town in south Texas, but It was here in San Antonio that I met my husband and where we have spent the last nineteen years raising our three children. When I am not helping people with their real estate goals I enjoy taking day trips to the lake and exploring off road trails with my husband.

Before joining the JBGoodwin team, I spent eleven years working in retail management. During that time, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase my dream home. The seamless experience of my home purchase inspired me to become a real estate agent and dedicate myself to helping others have the same experience.
